Booking information
PRICE
The day price is in Euros (by bookings for 7 nights) per apartment and night, exclusive local tax, and final cleaning fee. We hold the right to change prices and dates. For shorts stay we charge € 15,00 - € 30,00 more per person/night.

FREE SKI STORAGE IN WINTER
During the holidays you have the possibility, as a guest of the Chalet- Barbara, to receive free ski storage at the Fimbabahn in the base station. Here you have space for 2 pairs of skis or 2 snowboards, 2 pairs of shoes (inclusive drying), and 2 helmets.
For TOP 3: 3 ski lockers
For TOP 1 and 2: respectively 1 ski lockers
For TOP4: 2 ski lockers
NON-SMOKING BUILDING:
We are an exclusively non-smoking building. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace..
TERRACES
can only be used to a limited extent depending on the weather.
FINAL CLEANING
In addition to the prices indicated, there is a one-off final cleaning charge from 80,00 to 150,00 Euro per apartment.
LOCAL TAXES
€ 4,00 is charged per person/night.Children born in 2026: from January 1 to December 31.2026, children born in 2011 an later are free.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash or advance bank transfer (we do not accept credit cards).
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
If arriving later or departing earlier than the intended days of arrival and departure, the days of a booking not fulfilled will be charged at 100 %.

ROOM CANCELLATIONS
Room cancellations are only valid in writing and with confirmation on our part!

- In case of cancellation: 30% of the total package price + € 40,00 Processing fee
- Up to 60 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the total package price + € 40,00 Processing fee
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total package price + € 40,00 Processing fee
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the remaining days will be charged at 100%
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Your protection if your trip is interrupted or canceled. Get it now online!
DEPOSIT
To finalize your reservation, a 50% deposit per apartment is required. You are receiving the bank details, where you can transfer your deposit, with your booking confirmation. You are required to transfer the money (without incurring charges) within 8 days.
Our cancellation conditions are in accordance with the Austrian Hoteliers Association!
PETS
Due to complaints and other difficulties we have decided to no longer accept pets. Many thanks for your understanding.
Parking:
We provide guests with parking spaces right by the building that do not need to be reserved.
For TOP 3: 2 parking spaces
For TOP 1, 2 and 4: 1 parking space each
